Participants in the SAR Philharmonic Orchestra Christmas Choir must be students enrolled in a Creative Collab course at the time of application for the Choir and as at 1-2 December 2023

Choir members should be of minimum age 4 years as at 1 December 2023

Choir members must attend all course lessons since rehearsals will take place during these times

Choir members must attend the dress rehearsal on stage which will take place on 1 or 2 December, depending on the member’s performance date/time

Each Choir member will be entitled to perform in one concert over the weekend of 1-2 December 2023. We will endeavour to provide the concert date/time as requested by the member but cannot guarantee this. Performance date/time will be allocated on a first come, first served and availability basis

An additional Choir fee is required for participation at one of the concerts. This includes 3 concert tickets (including one for the Choir member), on-stage dress rehearsal, performance opportunity with the Orchestra, costume, and participation certificate

Choir members who have selected the VIP (Purple Zone) tickets only will have the opportunity to conduct the Orchestra for a short time

No refunds are available under any circumstances for Creative Collab courses or Choir packages once payment has been made 

The organisers and partner venues (including but not limited to the SAR Philharmonic Orchestra, Creative Collab, Bizibuz, and course venues) do not take responsibility for any cancellation, injury, or accident which may befall Choir members under any circumstances, and reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions if required by circumstances beyond their individual or collective control
